I moved to the Netherlands, and chose Jorge to help me find an apartment. In 3 weeks I managed to move in, and Jorge helped me with setting up the utitlities as well. He also attended the key handover to make sure everything is fine. Overall, super friendly and professional, I can only recommend.

Thank you Jorge at Solid Net! I chose to look for an apartment in Utrecht and within one month, we had found somewhere and won our first bid. Jorge has the magic touch! His advice and expertise was invaluable. He was super quick to communicate on the phone and WhatsApp, came to every viewing and appointment (even to the notary) and made the whole process not just smooth, but enjoyable from start to finish. I had a very pleasant experience with Solid Net Vastgoed. Everybody was hugely helpful, especially Jorge. I had some doubts in the beginning just because of how difficult it is to find an apartment in Amsterdam with the current market, however, thanks to Solid Net, I managed to find a beautiful apartment. This wouldn't be possible without Jorge and his team, who were available all the time and went beyond my expectations to help me. Finding an apartment in the Netherlands is incredibly hard and Jorge somehow managed to do it in under two weeks. He’ll give you realistic expectations yet somehow manages to exceed them in every way. He will also put his all into trying to find the perfect apartment. We are incredibly grateful to him and would recommend him to all students and all people moving to the Netherlands!

From viewing to signing, everything went very quickly and smoothly. Communication was always clear and efficient, Jorge responded to my questions promptly and guided me through every step of the process. Jorge, the Makelaar I had from Solid Net provided a fabulous service. What was great about it was a tailored approached. He was consistent, listened and applied the discussed criteria and points. He also discussed with me the possibilities and pros and cons of properties. This was very helpful, because as a client you may not have a lot of experience with real estate. I would get advice to for example, not ask whether I can get x from the apartment, because usually it's included and asking for something could give them unnecessary leverage. I had no idea about this. So I appreciated the pointers, advice and the consistent help. Besides quick thinking, taking action that works, Jorge is also a nice person. Further, Solid Net daily sent me property recommendations by email which was very helpful.
